The municipality in which we operate is located in Northern Evia and it is called “Madoudi-Limni-Agia Anna”. It has been created for the last few years, by the merger of the three very old municipalities of Elimnion, Kireos and Nileos.
The part of the wider municipality we belong to is the Municipality of Elymnion. It is an unusually beautiful part of Northern Evia. Each village has its own unique beauty, its own color. Our base is in picturesque Limni, which embraces the Euboean Gulf. The villages surrounding Limni (Retsinolakos, Mourtias, Skepasti, Kourkouli, Dafni, Kechries) offer a peaceful life in the countryside, with the nearby beaches of Spiada and Kochyli only 15 to 20 minutes away. Chronia is another lovely settlement by the sea. Most of the plots in the upland area outside Chronia have a magnificent view.
Ten kilometers from Limni is Rovies, with its expansive beach, as well as many hotels and rooms to rent. The upland villages outside Rovies (Palaiochori, Damia, Kalamoudi, Dremona, Maroulli and Koulouros) are located in lushly wooded areas, some of which overlook the Euboean Gulf from their mountain position. The region’s shoreline provides natural inlets, many of which are used to shelter boats. Naturally, there are also organized harbors and marinas.
The area of Elymnion is the primary region in which we operate, but our services extend to the other two municipalities of the Union, Nileas (Agia Anna, Achladi, Kotsikia) and Kireos (Mantoudi, Prokopi, Krya Vrisi, Pily, Vlachia, Sarakiniko). We can also offer our services in other parts of Northern Evia, such as Aidipsos, with its thermal baths , famous from antiquity as Thermae Sulla (Baths of Sulla), Pyrgos, Istiaia, Vasilika, Pefki, Lichada, Yialtra, Eretria, Aliveri, Chalkis through various colleagues.
